Seeta Townsend is an interior designer with a decade of experience creating considered, human centred environments across residential, hospitality, accommodation, retail, and wellness. Working nationwide, she brings a strong multidisciplinary foundation to every project.

After completing her Bachelor of Interior Design (Commercial), Seeta began her career at Jardan, developing a deep understanding of Australian manufacturing and lasting craftsmanship. She trained with Alexander&Co, refining her architectural and technical skills on complex hospitality and residential projects, and at TomMarkHenry she cultivated a refined approach to materiality, detail, and spatial identity.

Seeta later joined Public as in-house Design Director and Manager, leading commercial developments across hospitality, accommodation, and mixed use environments. She oversaw concept design, documentation, and delivery, navigating creative direction, consultant collaboration, and commercial strategy.

Now based in the Northern Rivers, Seeta blends her metropolitan experience with a grounded lifestyle sensibility. Her work balances function and form, guided by a user-first philosophy, creating spaces that elevate daily life and respond thoughtfully to context.

Her practice continues to evolve through architectural clarity, creative direction, and spatial storytelling, resulting in work that is quietly impactful and deeply considered.
